An easy start to the week

An easy week is on the cards, no training plan just enjoying the sport - training will start again next week looking forward to the New York marathon on November 7th.
Monday is Pilate's day, a small group this week with a relaxed atmosphere, it still felt like hard work but enjoyable.
I was planning on getting up and going swimming this morning, but the bed won the battle and I stopped in bed a little longer before going to work.  The weather was good so I thought I would go for a run after work by which time the wind was strong and it felt cool.  An easy run across Swan Valley to the Weedon Road and then back via Upton Lane, a circuit that has the beauty of very little traffic apart from the Weedon Road section.  I ran for 54'51" covering 5.98miles.  Completed a few stretches when I got back, mind you the I have tight calf muscles so will have to get in contact with Zoe for some sports physio.
