Reflections on week 12
Another week with kinder weather and what felt like less pressure most days. I still ended up doing more that planned, doing an actual 12hrs 33'17" but the vast majority of the extra time was down to Saturday's bike ride. The balance over the week was near to the plan apart from the bike ride. The split was roughly 4hrs 35' on the bike, 3hrs 10' swimming, 1hr 45' running, 3 hrs strength work and a 30' race.
At the end of the week I am feeling tired in the legs but not surprised given the bike ride yesterday and the XC race this morning.
The plan for week 13 is 12hrs 5', similar training pattern to last week's starting with Monday as the near rest day with the Pilate's session in the evening.
