A new swim session
A rush to get to Cripps tonight, just arrived in time for the start of the session. A new session from Robyn tonight, target 2,200m, but fewer drills and more fitness sets.
Started with 8 lengths of warm up. Then into drills with zip thumb front crawl for 4 sets of 50m that I must admit I found hard, then into catch up and single arm sets. The main sets were based on increasing lengths of efforts, but we didn't manage to finish before the end of the session. In total 2,050m against the target of 2,200m.
