The Best of the Fells

The book arrived today, that's the book with the story of the LAMM200c8 epic that Andrey and I had an epic trip due to injuries acquired on the trip - first published on the WRR website. The book is a collection of 30 stories about fell running written by fell runners. If you are interested it costs £9.95 with £3 going to mountain rescue, nothing for the authors. The training today started in the gym with a core and upper body workout. Reduced the weights today on the advice of Zoe to ease the load on the shoulders and neck, the rest of the session went as normal.
The WRR club session was in group 3 with Bobby around Brackmills Barclaycard loop for a change on a pyramid of 1,2,3,4,3,2,1 with the same time for the efforts and rest. A good session although towards middle and rear of the group in the speed sets.
I felt better today benefiting from the lighter training load yesterday, lets see what the rest of the week brings finishing with the cross country.
