WRR club night

A good club training session tonight. It looked like it would be a wet night but the rain held off. A flat speed session tonight on Brackmills with Bobby and group 3. After the warm up run to Brackmills it was a W session, 3 minutes fast with 3 recovery, then 2, 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3 giving enough time and speed to cover 2 laps before heading back to the community centre.
A good session that I really enjoyed, enough of a workout without being exhausted. Next run on Sunday for the Tigger Tor fell race.
