Turbo and gym

A busy day today and more to come this week. Today started early, shot out of bed a bit early at 5.30am today for my turbo session. I dressed for cold weather in the garage but it was a lot warmer then recent sessions. A 90 minute endurance turbo session building in 4 minute sets at a range of different cadences and HR zones before a mid session low intensity recovery before moving to even higher HR and cadence efforts - I was exhausted at the end of the session.
The late afternoon gym session felt good the only problem was the time, at 5.30pm the gym is busy meaning that I had to change my routine. A good session.
