Slow run and pilates class

It was good to go for a run this morning in my normal running shoes rather than trail shoes. The plan called for a 45 minute run keeping my heart rate in zone 1 below 125bpm - not easy. I was pleasantly surprised that I could achieve this, mind you it was around Pineham so not to many hills. 99% of the run was in zone 1, so a success session.
The Pilate's class tonight felt harder than the last couple of lessons; mind you I can do some of the bends much easier with increased flexibility in my back. I still find all the crunches with the large number of pulses difficult, especially as I still very tight in my hamstrings so I cannot get my legs straight.
