Ofsted outstanding and some training

An excellent day today - Ofsted say Northgate School is outstanding. I am really pleased, as the chair of the governor's I am really pleased for the staff and children who have made the school a success.
I was in the garage on the turbo by 6.30am, it wasn't as cold this morning so felt a lot better to get started. This was a 90 minute endurance session with a series of 4 minute sets of varying cadence and target heart rate. It is amazing how quickly the time goes by with this sort of session.
My plan was to go to the gym after the Ofsted feedback at the school at 3.30pm but with the outstanding judgement the champagne came out. I went home, had something to eat and then went to the gym at 8pm, I was surprised how busy it was such that I couldn't get onto the equipment.
Wednesday will be a training day off. I am up at 5.30am to get to Olympia for a day of meetings at an exhibition and conference and then out to dinner. I may try and get my planned swim session on Thursday if I can.
